Biscoff and Nutella Magic Shell
Homemade Magic Shell ice cream topping is one of those things that make you feel like a superhero. My kids are always so floored by this pourable topping that freezes instantly. They look at me with wonder in their eyes and for a moment I am Mom of the Year. Then I tell them they can only have one serving and my crown has been revoked and I’m back to Most Boring Mom Ever.
The only redeeming factor I had going for me was that I was taking these pictures at the same time that I was also shooting the Nutella Fudgesicles. It was about 11,000 degrees in our house and everything melted pretty much instantly when taken out of the freezer.
We ate a lot of ice cream that afternoon.

Does this leave a coconut flavor in the nutella?
It wasn’t very strong. The less coconut oil you use the longer it will take to harden. If the taste bothers you feel free to add more Nutella.
Coconut oil? Really?!!?! That is so cool.

We have really hot weather at the moment ( I live in Athens, Greece), so I won't need to. Thanks!
First, I just discovered this weekend how much I LOOOOOVE biscoff spread. It's amazing, I'm in love, I could go on like this for a long time 😉 Second, love the use of coconut oil instead of some kind of waxy stuff that's in most commercially made shells. Love this and I'm sure it's very tasty 🙂
Oh my goodness — these look WAY too delicious!!! Any extra excuse to eat Nutella and Biscoff works for me! 😉

No- but it was warm in my house. Coconut oil will turn to liquid by the warmth of your hands. Or you can heat it for a few second in the microwave.
Yum! That looks so good Katrina! Where do you get the little Nutella packets? I love those!
