My friend Amanda (founder of the popular blog I am Baker) has just released her new cookbook, Surprise-Inside Cakes: Amazing Cakes for Every Occasion–with a Little Something Extra Inside. I am honored to be one of the first to receive a copy. I LOVE the process pictures and instructions because I am a visual learner.
