I take a lot of pictures and I enjoy sharing them with family and friends. Most of my Instagram feed is filled with behind-the-scenes shots of my life. I’ve enjoyed Instagram so much because it’s nice to look back over the past year and see spur-of-the-moment snapshots of my life and remember what happened on those days. I also enjoy staying connected with family and friends by getting a glimpse of their day too.
This summer was such fun with two active boys! We enjoyed lots of activities as a family and ate lots of delicious food. I am not even kidding you that I made these S’mores Cups at least 3 times that I can remember. I snapped this shot with my Xyboard from Verizon Wireless. Not too shabby for a tablet!
It all started out as a recipe challenge for an annual luau that our family attends each summer- the challenge ingredient was cream cheese. If there’s one thing that I’m good at its cream cheese. 😉 We left with the first place trophy and a happy boy! Have we connected on Instagram yet? What brand are the grahams that you used for the garnish on top? I am looking for bite sized ones, with no luck. 🙁 Thanks!
The ones I used were from Keebler.
Do you use instant or regular chocolate pudding powder?
I used instant in this recipe (not cook and serve).
I also stopped in for the Smores recipe! It looks super easy and delicious! I think I will try toasting the marshmallow on top, using graham cracker crumbs , and a little choc bar or choc shavings on top! I love trying new things and I love Katrina;s Kitchen! If the Cool Whip is folded into the mixture, what is the white layer in the photos?
Hi Lisa, I used marshmallows in between the layers. When I make it in a 9×13 dish I place graham crackers between the layers. Thanks for the question.
What is Biscoff spread?
Hi Sharon, you can find Biscoff spread near the peanut butter is most grocery stores or online. It is an alternative to peanut butter made from Biscoff Cookies. I use it since my son has a peanut allergy. It’s incredibly delicious!
What is the white section in between the chocolate? It looks like a giant marshmallow but i wasnt sure
Yes those are giant marshmallows. If I am making this in a 9×13 dish I usually use graham crackers in between layers. Thanks for asking!
Great recipes!
Thanks you!
