This cookie started my path to write a recipe for a soft chocolate cut-out cookie that did not need to be chilled before rolling and cutting.

Instructions
- Prepare cookies and glaze as directed.
- Crush candy canes and sprinkle on top of glazed cookies while the glaze has not yet dried firm.
