Biscoff Mousse
Creamy no-bake Biscoff Mousse piped into mini graham cracker crusts- decadent and simple at the same time! {Peanut Butter may be substituted for Biscoff.}
My husband was under doctor’s orders to be still and put his feet up this weekend.
For. Real.
While this may sound like every mom’s dream-come-true it was not my husband’s idea of a good weekend. He was going a litle stir crazy by Sunday afternoon so to keep his mind off of things I kept a constant supply of food coming his way. Biscoff spread just happens to be his new obsession.
The only thing that makes this Biscoff Mousse better is eating it in bed with a big glass of milk. And being able to text someone downstairs to bring you up another one.
That is purely hypothetical of course.
Biscoff Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, half of a package
- ½ Cup Biscoff Spread
- 1 Tablespoon milk or cream
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip, 1 container
Instructions
- In the bowl of your mixer combine cream cheese, Biscoff spread, and milk until smooth.
- Slowly beat in powdered sugar then fold in the Cool Whip.
- Spoon into 6 small dishes. Chill at least 3 hours.
If you don’t know what Biscoff is, or you would like another yummy recipe using it you can find out some more about it in one of my previous posts: Biscoff Bark

This is, “Are you kidding me?” GOOD!!! We had to control ourselves to not binge eat the whole batch at once! Instead of using the graham crust, I crushed Biscoff cookies, and placed a healthy tablespoon in the bottom of the serving cup, spooned in some mousse, added a few sliced strawberries (I had some that needed to be used before they went bad) topped with more mousse, then sprinkled more Biscoff crumbs on top. Will be making this often. Thank You Katrina!
I made a double batch of the mousse because I needed a dessert for a party this weekend and next week as well. Will it keep in the frig for a week or could it be frozen by chance? It’s sooo good by the way!
so good!
I made my own whipped cream instead of cool whip and it was great!
HEAVENLY!
Thanks Sue! It’s one of our favorites!
Please explain to me HOW IN THE WORLD I missed this post? OMG girl. This looks amazing…..
You crack me up!! But yes this mousse is kind of life-changing 😉
Looks so amazingly good! I have to make these. And I didn’t know what Biscoff is. Just looked it up and saw that its a speculaas spread. And, since I live in The Netherlands, things are going to work out just fine! 🙂

I held off trying Biscoff for awhile. The way everyone was raving about it, I thought it was going to be like Nutella. Everyone goes crazy for it–except me. I just don't get the deal about Nutella. But my boyfriend (the Nutella lover) bought a jar of Biscoff the other day and we cracked it open as soon as we got home. Now Biscoff, I get. It's freaking delicious! I wonder if he'll notice half the jar missing..
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDelightful, they are little sweets of perfection. Great job.
GORGEOUS pics!
I would eat that by the spoonful! Also, stop posting Biscoff goodies! I can't resist buying it much longer.

Okay, first — it sounds like you ALL had a rough weekend. I hope things get better soon! And second — GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS photos!!!
Oh boo no Biscoff! Now that I've tasted it I would be ordering it online if it weren't available locally! As for the Cool Whip I bet you could substitute about 2 cups of whipped cream. Mmmm!
Whoa! This sounds fabulous!
