First I just want to thank you for your help in promoting the Biscoff Cookie and Spread Cookbook! I know that this is a busy time of year as we approach the holidays and I appreciate that the space on your blog, social media accounts, and media outlets is in high demand. Thank you!

I began using Biscoff Spread in some of my favorite family recipes after my son was diagnosed with a peanut allergy in 2011. The Biscoff Cookie and Spread Cookbook was born out of a demand for more Biscoff recipes and the spread to gain popularity over the next few years.
