Peanut Butter Mini Dessert Shooters

Fluffy peanut butter mousse cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers
  • 5 Tbs melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tubs or 1 large tub frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
  • Reese's Cups

Instructions

  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Spoon into the bottoms of 10-12 small glasses. Reserve some crumbs for garnish if desired.
  • In the bowl of a mixer combine cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Slowly beat in powdered sugar then fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spoon peanut butter fluff over the graham cracker crusts then chill at least 2 hours.
  • Garnish with reserved crumbs and peanut butter cups.
