Peanut Butter Mini Dessert Shooters
Fluffy peanut butter mousse cups
- 2 cups graham crackers
- 5 Tbs melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbs milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tubs or 1 large tub frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)

Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Spoon into the bottoms of 10-12 small glasses. Reserve some crumbs for garnish if desired.
In the bowl of a mixer combine cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Slowly beat in powdered sugar then fold in the whipped topping.
Spoon peanut butter fluff over the graham cracker crusts then chill at least 2 hours.
Garnish with reserved crumbs and peanut butter cups.
