Marshmallow Cake Pops Recipe
Surprise! These marshmallows are actually cake pops!
- 1/2 Cake baked and cooled
- 2 Heaping Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff or more or less to consistency
- 2 Cups white chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon shortening
- Sprinkles optional
Prepare and bake your cake according to package instructions and let cool completely (overnight, uncovered is best). I made mine in a 9x13 pan and used about half of the pan to make the cake pops.
Crumble half of the cake and mix in 2 heaping Tablespoons of MARSHMALLOW FLUFF to bring to cake pop consistency (holds shape but is not sticky).
Melt chocolate and add shortening to thin out.
Form into marshmallow shapes and dip into chocolate. Sticks or no sticks these are still a fun surprise.
