Surprise Marshmallow Cake Pops from @KatrinasKitchen

Marshmallow Cake Pops Recipe

Yield: 2 dozen Cake Pops
Surprise! These marshmallows are actually cake pops!


  • 1/2 Cake baked and cooled
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff or more or less to consistency
  • 2 Cups white chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon shortening
  • Sprinkles optional


  • Prepare and bake your cake according to package instructions and let cool completely (overnight, uncovered is best). I made mine in a 9x13 pan and used about half of the pan to make the cake pops.
  • Crumble half of the cake and mix in 2 heaping Tablespoons of MARSHMALLOW FLUFF to bring to cake pop consistency (holds shape but is not sticky).
  • Melt chocolate and add shortening to thin out.
  • Form into marshmallow shapes and dip into chocolate. Sticks or no sticks these are still a fun surprise.
