Oreo Ice Cream Cakes Recipe
Yield: 4 mini cakes
Haomemade Oreo ice cream cakes using only 4 ingredients- no ice cream maker required
- 2 Cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 10 Oreos coarsely chopped
- ¼ Cup frosting tinted blue if desired
In your mixer use the whisk attachment to whip the cream until stiff peaks form (2-3 minutes, maybe less depending on how powerful your mixer is). When you pull the whisk from the cream you don’t really want it oozing off.
Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Add Oreos and frosting.
Transfer to 4 mini springform pans or a plastic container. Freeze 6 hours until firm or overnight.
