Homemade Champagne Cocktail Sugar Cubes are infused with Angostura bitters for an easy and unique party treat. Perfect for your Valentine!

  • 1 cup extra-fine sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon angostura cocktail bitters


  • COMBINE sugar and bitters in a small bowl. STIR until incorporated.
  • SPOON into molds. Press down firmly.
  • Let DRY overnight.
  • For champagne cocktails, PLACE a sugar cube into a champagne flute. TOP with champagne (and a twist of lemon if desired).
  • STORE Champagne Cocktail Sugar Cubes in an air-tight container for up to one year.
