Ingredients
- 12 cupcakes frosted
- 12 paper straws
- 36 lollipops
Instructions
- Cut each paper straw into 3 pieces.
- Unwrap lollipops and place them in the paper straws.
- Arrange lollipops on top of cupcakes.
