Cake Mix Cookie Cakes

Soft cake mix cookies stacked up like birthday cakes between layers of chocolate frosting- an easy recipe to customize for your next party!
Ingredients
- Box of Cake Mix any flavor
- 2 Eggs
- Vegetable Oil use amount called for on cake mix box directions
- Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in the bowl of your electric mixer.
- Use a cookie scoop to form into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Frost and stack cookies to form mini cakes (if desired).
