These were perfect. Not to much or too little molasses. I did not dip them. I made Peppercorn Gingerbread cookies out of them. I somehow managed to lose my recipe, so I went in search of a new one. I made it as is. While they were still in ball form I tossed them in a mixture or sugar and multi colored peppercorns. Then baked them. In case you wanted to know. Perfect!
