I did large tbsp of dough and baked @325 for 13-14 mins. Makes 33 large cookies. Delicious recipe.

1/4 cup of milk in NOT enough for the glaze. I ended up using a cup to the 4 cups of powdered sugar. Otherwise, these are delicious!

I made these last year and they were amazing! I have them to friends and got many compliments.
I want to make them again this year! I’m wondering if you can make the dough ahead of time and freeze it for a few days? Has anyone tried this? Thanks!

Do you keep these refrigerated or on the counter? I’ve heard conflicting things about ricotta cookies.
