Can Quick [Plain] Oats be used? Or can the oats be substituted using oat flour? If so, how much would I use? Would I need to make any other changes to account for the switch, please?

Love this recipe! We use plain Greek yogurt for icing. Our doggo adores yogurt dded bonus is that it helps with their allergies and healthy coat, we give hi 1/2 cup with his food every a.m.)

My pups loved them! I made frosting out of yogurt and peanut butter. I decorated them with blueberries and a tiny milk bone. I wish I could send a photo! They were a big hit and I’m going to make some mini ones just to have as treats.
And crazy easy to make!

Didn’t have pumpkin but substituted garbanzo beans. Worked great! So cute! Better than paying $20 for a fancy dog dessert.
