Peanut Butter Mini Dessert Shooters

I recently had some friends over and came up with this recipe for us all to enjoy. We girls don’t typically like to be the first person to cut into a cake but who can resist picking up one of these little guys on your way through the dining room? And they are pre-portioned so no fear of somebody looking at the HUGE slice you just took. I won’t tell if you go back for seconds (in fact I would probably encourage you to)!

I don’t really know what inspired me more…the cute mini Reese’s Cups that I found in my local grocery store or the 4lbs of peanut butter that I was given recently. Both equally inspiring, right?

I started with the graham cracker crust in the bottoms of 12 small glasses and then piled on the peanut butter fluff. Okay, so these are not “shooters.” My friend told me that it’s a good thing I don’t drink if I consider this a shooter. Still – it’s a mini dessert in a mini cup! You get the idea.

Add a few more graham cracker crumbs and top it off with Reese’s Cups. Chill – try to wait at least 2 hours before digging in. These can be made and chilled overnight. Also, this recipe yields 2 pies (I just use standard store-bought graham cracker crusts).
