I used the bakers joy stuff and I was still having problems with the really fancy pans so I asked the lady at William Sonoma what to use and she said Cake Release (can be purchased at AC Moore). If you have more complicated pans, I highly recommend it but you have to brush it on so it isn't as easy. I love the recipe and I am going to make it as soon as I get some carrots. Thanks for sharing the whole process.
