Tried your recipe yesterday and I found it very good. Hubby thought it needed more ginger.
Couple of questions, the link to the gingerbread people discs doesn’t work, are they the Impressbakeware discs?
Also, this dough felt ‘sturdy’ enough to roll; have you ever rolled it out and stamped the dough? Think I’ll try that next time with a portion of the dough.
I also didn’t chill the dough beforehand, but did ‘freeze’ the sheets before and put the spritzed cookies in the fridge while the oven heated up. I use the OXO Good Grips cookie press with their discs and also discs from Impressbakeware. Had no problem with the dough getting through the discs. ]]></description>
