I just made these cookies and made them according to the recipe with one cup of vanilla chips. Although the flavor is good I was not happy with the end product. The dough did not hold together well, was a little stiff and crumbly before baking and they did not flatten out very well while baking. I think if I were to make these again in the future I would use two eggs instead of one and I think I would end up with a better product.

Ok, so I just found this recipe today on Pinterest. Idk why it took me so long to come across it. I made these today and what a hit they are. My Husband and son can’t stop raving about them. They are absolutely delicious. The flavors are out of this world between the molasses and cinnamon and brown sugar, and you can’t forget bout the yummy white chocolate chips, which btw I did not skimp on at all. I actually used a little more than a cup and a half , prob close to 2 cups lol. The only thing I did that was not in the recipe was add a small bag of Heath pieces, not the chocolate ones, just the the little toffee pieces. It gave the cookies a great extra flavor and little sticky,crunchy bites which were great with the white chocolate chips. I will definitely be making these over and over again and definitely when I am having company. They look and taste professionally made. Thanks so much!!! YUM!

These cookies are cooling on my counter as I type this…and they’ll be on my list of “must make” projects for every coming Christmas. Although I think they’re yummy, their rise to this status isn’t because of how they taste. It’s because my house smells ABSOLUTELY AMAZING right now! It’s like Christmas wrapped in a grandmother’s hug and covered in home. 🙂
