Katrina, can't believe I have actually found Speculoos spread in the food hall of one of our big department stores in Sydney ( imported from the States, of course). Plus found the biscoff style cookies in a local supermarket! All ingredients now ready for the Biscoff Bark that will be on the table for Christmas. Thank you for this recipe.

Another gorgeous recipe and would so love to make these for our Christmas Day assortment of goodies, but Biscoff Spread isn't available here, other than online shops via USA or Dutch sites that charge a small fortune, plus postage. However I was wondering if I could substitute something like Nestles Caramel from the tin or at a push maybe Nutella? Any ideas anyone?

I still have not tried the Biscoff spread - I'm scared I won't be able to stop eating it. This bark, however, may have sealed the deal. The deal that says I must go out and buy some Biscoff...very soon.

I recently found my first jar of Biscoff and I couldn't believe it was in front of me. After much anticipation of trying it, I couldn't believe truly how divine it is. I could eat it with just a spoon. Now that I am mildly obsessed with Biscoff I can't wait to give this delicious Biscoff Bark a try!

Um, never saw Titanic, not crazy about Nutella (too sweet), don't own a Coach bag (I wouldn't refuse one, though) and don't even know what a Keurig is! I am so not into trends or fads and often feel like I live on another planet. And as for Biscoff biscuits...never heard of those either. But this bark is fabulously beautiful! This I would try.

Don't worry, I'm still behind you on this trend! Because - shh - I feel for Biscoff the way you feel for Nutella (and am a true lover of Nutella).

That said, I'm so glad you found a suitable alternative for your son. And these look absolutely festive and beautiful!

Delicious! You wanna hear something? I used to order Biscoff in the 80s from Delta's magazine.....I guess that means I was WAY ahead on the trend! I also am now allergic to cinnamon, so I can't indulge - which makes me *sigh* WAY off trend!
